Treehouse Athletics at Treehouse School of Fitness is a coaching-based training program designed to help young athletes build strength, improve movement, and develop confidence — both in sport and in life. Supporting all categories of athletes – beginners or advanced.
For over 20 years, we’ve worked with youth athletes across many sports, focusing on long-term athletic development rather than shortcuts or burnout. Our goal is to help athletes move well, get stronger safely, and build habits that support performance now and health later. Pure Strength and Conditioning.
We don’t train kids like miniature adults, and we don’t chase trends. Every athlete is coached, progressed, and supported based on their age, experience, and goals – whether that be elementary, middle school, high school, or collegiate.

Youth training at Treehouse follows the same proven Lift & Move philosophy as our adult
programs.
Athletes learn to:

Three Ways to Train at Treehouse School of Fitness!
STEP 1
Group
Training
Coach-led group sessions that focus on proper movement, strength development, and teamwork.
Best for athletes who:
● Want to train consistently with peers
● Benefit from structure and accountability
● Are developing general athletic skills
STEP 2
Personal / Semi-Private
Training
More individualized coaching for athletes with specific goals or sport demands. Best for athletes who: ● Want focused attention ● Are preparing for a specific season ● Need extra help with technique or confidence
STEP 3
Workshops &
Specialty Clinics
Short-term clinics focused on specific skills such as:
● Speed & agility
● Strength fundamentals
● Injury prevention
● Movement mechanics
Workshops are open to members and non-members and are a great introduction to Treehouse
for new families.
