Treehouse Athletics
Treehouse Athletics combines real athletic training, with advanced weight lifting and strength and conditioning. For the past 20 years, the Treehouse has transformed Elementary , Youth & Middle School , High School , and collegiate athletes all over the northshore.
MOBILITY, ACTIVE AGING & SENIOR STRENGTH
Mobility, Active Aging & Senior Strength is a coaching-based training program designed to help older adults stay strong, mobile, and independent through safe, structured exercise.
Women’s Only Training
Strength, balance, and community—that’s what our women’s workout group is all about. Designed with women in mind; our sessions focus on safe, effective movement that supports your body and helps you feel your best. No pressure, no competition—just encouragement, energy, and fun. StrongHER together!
Muay Thai
Muay Thai is a high-intensity striking program that builds strength, endurance, and confidence through traditional stand-up techniques. Perfect for improving fitness, discipline, and real-world self-defense skills.
Jiu Jitsu
Jiu Jitsu focuses on ground-based techniques that teach leverage, control, and problem-solving over strength. This program enhances mobility, mental focus, and practical self-defense for all experience levels.

The Treehouse School of Fitness began in 2005 with a mission to bring professional strength and movement training to everyday people.
Originally established as North Shore CrossFit (2006–2015), our gym has evolved over 20 years into a unified training system built on one clear philosophy: strength is the foundation of lifelong health and performance. Our philosophy evolved from early strength-based coaching into a trusted training community in Danvers; over the next two decades we built successful programs for adults, youth athletes, and seniors, refining our coaching and methodology into a single, unified system that emphasizes strength, quality movement, and real-life capability.

Group
Training
Coach-led sessions in a structured, supportive group environment. Our most affordable option and a great fit for people who enjoy consistency and community. Serving the Danvers, Peabody, Beverly, Salem, Middleton and local communities as the best strength training gym on the Northshore.
OPTION 2
Personal / Semi-Private Training
The highest level of coaching and customization. Best for beginners to supplement or kickstart a fitness journey , or experienced clientele looking for faster progress, special considerations, with more individualized approach to success.
OPTION 3
Workshops &
Specialty Clinics

When you start at Treehouse School of Fitness, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days.
The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 3 classes per week as a start.
You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!
We offer an exciting, challenging and varied programming which will keep it fun! The workouts are published in advance.
Some days are more strength focused where we will focus on our lifts. Movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings and occasionally some olympics lifts will be included.
Other days, we may focus more on cardio and conditioning with rowers and bikes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything.
Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout.The coach will brief on the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction.
At the end of class, we will cool down together to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury. Sign up today!
