Welcome to the first ever monthly edition of the Treehouse School of Fitness community update! Here’s what’s happening in the gym this month:
Weight Loss & Calorie Winners 🏆
March Weight Loss Challenge:
Shoutout to TJ Baril for being our weight loss challenge winner! Our challenge ran from January 19th – March 6th. During that time, TJ shed 21 pounds ~8% of body weight.
March Calorie Challenge:
Shoutout to Lou Gleason for absolutely crushing the extra calories burned outside of the gym challenge. This challenge ran alongside the Weight Loss challenge and Lou was able to burn an extra 21,800 calories!
Give them a high five next time you see them in the gym and check out their new merch!
We’d also like to say congrats to all members that participated in these challenges. Showing up and staying consistent is hard work so be proud of that and keep it up!
Upcoming Challenge!: MURPH
Starting this upcoming Monday, the 13th, our annual MURPH prep challenge will start! This challenge will consist of 6 weeks of preparation towards out Memorial day event : MURPH. Refresher for all those new around here – MURPH is a Hero WOD honoring Lieutenant Micheal B. Murphy. This yearly workout consists of a 1 mile run , followed by 300 squats, 200 pushups, 100 pullups, followed by one more mile run.
Our challenge will be total rounds completed April 13th – May 24th – rounds of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats, and a 200m run ! Winner gets gym MERCH!

Gym Updates 📣
Garage doors are open and running starts of April 1st! 😎(weather depending)
Class Schedule Updates & Additions:
- Our Mobility & Active Aging class has moved from 11AM to 10AM on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday – a great opportunity to bring parents, friends, family or even co-workers that need a push to get into a senior friendly routine to fitness!
This is a perfect class for any seniors at ANY level looking for strength training combined with mobility & flexibility work.
- Golf season is also upon us! ⛳ Coach Mark has dedicated programs to improve mobility to enhance your golf game with strength and mobility. Personal mobility work for any sport or for general longevity is also offered! Reach out to Coach Spencer or Mark directly!
- We’ve added a handful of Semi Private Group Training Options onto the schedule as well. If you are looking for faster progress, extra instruction/accountability, or are returning from injury/have a specific goal – this is the program for you!
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8-9 AM, 5:30-6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 7-8 AM, 8-9 AM, 5:30-6:30 PM
- Thursday: 5:30-6:30 PM
- Feel Free to also spread the work and check out our womens only training which meets Tuesdays/Thursday at 4:30 P.M. – help us grow our programs an community!

Starts April 23rd, 7 PM – open to all members and non members!

Murph Challenge
Starts April 13th ends May 24th.
Format: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 20 air squats, 200 m run = 1 point
