Mobility, Active Aging & Senior Strength is a coaching-based training program designed to help older adults stay strong, mobile, and independent through safe, structured exercise.
For more than 20 years, Treehouse Fitness has helped adults train well at every stage of life. Our Active Aging program focuses on building strength, improving balance, and maintaining confidence in everyday movement — all under the guidance of experienced coaches.
This is not about pushing limits unnecessarily. It’s about training smart, staying active, and preserving quality of life.
Our Training Philosophy: Lift & Move
Strength is the foundation of healthy aging.
Our Lift & Move approach prioritizes:
● Building usable strength
● Staying flexible and lose in all personalized areas – rather than stiff.
● Improving coordination and balance
● Supporting real-life movement such as standing, walking, lifting, and reaching
This method helps reduce fall risk, protect joints, and support long-term independence.

STEP 1
Group
Training
Small, coach-led group sessions focused on strength, balance, and mobility.
Best for adults who:
● Want guided exercise in a supportive environment
● Enjoy community and consistency
● Prefer a structured, affordable option
STEP 2
Personal / Semi-Private Training
The highest level of coaching and support.
Best for adults who:
● Want individualized programming
● Are managing injuries or medical considerations
● Prefer a quieter, more personal setting
STEP 3
Workshops &
Specialty Clinics
Focused educational and training sessions
covering topics such as:
● Fall prevention
● Joint health
● Mobility and flexibility
● Strength for daily life
Workshops are open to members and non-members and are a comfortable entry point for those
new to training.
