Treehouse Women’s Training is a coaching-based functional fitness program designed for adults who want to get stronger, move better, and train consistently — without feeling intimidated or lost.
For over 20 years, we’ve helped adults of all backgrounds train safely and effectively by focusing on expert coaching, structured programming, and the right level of support for each individual.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach here. Instead, we help you choose how you train based on your goals, experience level, schedule, and budget.
Our Training Philosophy: Lift & Move
All Adult Training at Treehouse is built on a simple, proven framework we call Lift & Move.
We prioritize building strength first, then applying that strength to movement, conditioning, and real-world fitness. This approach leads to better results, fewer injuries, and long-term consistency — especially for busy adults.
How You Train?
Three Ways to Train
STEP 1
Group
Training
Our most affordable option, Group Training is coach-led and structured to deliver consistent
progress in a supportive team environment.
Best for Women who:
● Want expert coaching in a group setting
● Enjoy community and accountability
● Prefer a structured, affordable training option
STEP 2
Personal / Semi-Private Training
This option provides the highest level of coaching and customization.
Best for Women who:
● Want faster progress
● Need extra instruction or accountability
● Are returning from injury or have specific goals
● Prefer a more private training environment
STEP 3
Workshops &
Specialty Clinics
Workshops are short-term, focused training experiences designed to improve specific areas such as strength, movement, mobility, recovery, or nutrition.
They are open to:
● Current members
● Non-members
● Friends and family
Workshops are a great way to deepen skills or get introduced to Treehouse Fitness without a
long-term commitment.
