Led by Coach Spencer Vinton, the Treehouse has assembled a team of fitness professionals that will not only help you meet your training goals, but exceed them. Our experts personalize coaching based upon your fitness & health needs!

Private Sessions

  • 1-on-1 personal training with your Coach.
  • 1 hour sessions.

Semi-Private Sessions

  • Small group (2-4 athletes) training your Coach.
  • 1 hour sessions.

If you have a medical history, disability, or other risk factors that need extra attention, our personal coaches will work with you on your current abilities and where you are working to go.

How to Start | What to Expect

Treehouse Personal Training offers the most personalized training experience, both with our private and semi-private programs. After getting in touch with us, one of our expert Coaches will reach out to you to chat about you objectives and what you’re looking to achieve in the gym. They will also share with you a registration link for an Initial Assessment, where you come in for a private session. This Initial Assessment will give your Coach the opportunity to develop a program specific to your physical capability with your objectives in mind. At the conclusion of the Initial Assessment, your Coach will get you signed up for a plan best suited for you!
