At the Treehouse, our goal is to build a fit community, with great emphasis on community. More than anything, our team is committed to making the Treehouse a place where people feel they belong. With that, we hold a number of events each year for our members, their friends and family to join us, and have some fun!
Memorial Day MURPH
Perhaps the longest tradition and most anticipated event of the year at the Treehouse is our annual Memorial Day MURPH Workout. Every year since 2005, our members, their friends, family as well as the surrounding communities take to the Treehouse each year on Memorial Day to take on the MURPH challenge. MURPH is a tradition that helps push us, humble us, and allows us the opportunity to dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honor LT. Michael P. Murphy (SEAL), a man who sacrificed everything he had for our freedom.
Each year we continue to help keep his legacy alive through The MURPH Challenge. We encourage everyone to participate regardless of fitness experience as MURPH can be modified or split up and completed as a team workout.
