How do I get started?

The best way to get started is to schedule your FREE, no-sweat, introductory session with us through our website. You can select the day and time that works best for you and meet us at our location! Book a no-sweat intro »

Can I get a personal trainer?

Yes! Our coaches are available to work 1-on-1 with you at times that are convenient for your schedule. We also offer remote coaching to clients that already have a gym membership elsewhere but need guidance and/or accountability. To get started select a time come in and speak with us about your needs. I like working out with other people, are there group classes?

We sure do. Our Group Coaching is available in the morning, mid-day, and the evenings. You can read more about how to get started with our Group Coaching here.

Can you help me lose weight?

We sure can! Our coaches can work with you to develop a custom nutrition plan that combined with an exercise plan will help you to meet your weight loss goals.

Can you help me with nutrition?

Yes! We got that covered for you as well.

When are you open?

During the week, we open at 5:30am and are open for the majority of the day until 8pm. We open at 8am on Saturdays and are open during the morning. For clients wishing to work with a Personal Coach, we have more availability outside of our Group Coaching hours.

Where are you located?

We are located at 121 Liberty St in Danvers, Massachusetts. Look for us across the street from the Pope’s Landing harbor parking lot.

Do you have parking?

Yes! Gym parking is available around the back of the building. Just follow the signs and enter the gym through our rear entrance.

I have no fitness background, can I start here?

Yes! In fact one of our specialties is working with those that are just beginning their fitness journey. With our years of experience, we understand that getting started isn’t always easy. We are here to guide and support you along the way to creating the habits of making fitness a daily part of your routine.

Do you have CrossFit classes?

We were the 36th CrossFit Affiliate in the world but are no longer an official CrossFit Affiliate. We do use some of its training principles in our programming. Just as we use yoga, traditional body building, power lifting, weightlifting, HIIT, steady state training, and other various strength and conditioning methodologies.

We do not prescribe to “ONE” way of developing fitness and we are always learning and adapting the program to fit the needs of our clients.

I’m an athlete and looking to improve my sport, can you help me?

Yes, we offer athletic training in addition to personal coaching to help those looking to improve their sport.

Do I have to use barbells?

No you don’t have to use barbells. Many of our clients start with using only dumbbells and kettlebells.

I’m just visiting, can I drop in for a workout?

Out of town guests with group coaching experience can always drop in for a workout. Here is the link to register for the class and pay the drop in fee.
